5. A test batch of 50 000 tons.
6. After a successful first batch to renew the contract in the maximum possible quantity of the goods in a month in length one year.
7. Payment the Letter of credit.
If you can work on these conditions and they approaching for you, we are ready after reception of photos and invitation to visit you for goods survey if all approaches, we sign delivery treaty during visit. inspection “SGS” at loading port, and usual required shipping documents

Inspection : SGS or similar export inspection certificate of quality, quantity and weight, at loading

port.

PROCEDURES

1. Buyer issues LOI (quantity of USED RAIL /month, delivery port CIF,Buyer Cod for transaction )

2. Seller issues F.C.O.

3. The buyer accepts FCO

4. The seller issues draft contract to buyer for comments and acceptance; the buyer signs, seals and

return the contract and adds full banking coordinates.

5. The seller signs, seals, and send to the buyer the contract by e-mail copy, sent by e-mail shall be

considered as an original.

6. Within ten (10) banking days after the final hard copy contract signature, the buyer opens a

operative bank instrument (copy to send to the seller for acceptation); the seller, within ten (10)

banking days from the receipt of the operative bank instrument,

Sends to the buyer the certificate SGS (POP).

If the buyer asks the PB, the seller requests a guarantee of the value of a delivery month for the

Duration of the contract.

Visit on the yard is allowed with pre-advice of DLC or going on yard with bank officer, attorney,

notary public because after the buyer checked all documents on the yard the DLC must be issued

immediately direct from the yard.
